When you sign up for support you are getting access to an entire village. All services give you 1:1 access to your doula via text after signing!

Birth Doula Package

Ideal for birthers looking for support from start to finish. You will meet with your doula 2-3x before you give birth to help formulate a birth strategy, educate on what to expect during delivery, and get to know you and your partner so they can best support you during labor. Your doula will be available to you by text and call at the end of pregnancy. During your birth experience your doula with be present to provide the support you and your partner need for the best possible experience. After baby is born your doula will come to see you in the home postpartum once to debrief your experience.

Birth Planning Package

Maybe you don’t want extra bodies in the room during your birth experience, but you need some guidance on how to cope during labor, things to ask for from your providers, and potential procedures/outcomes. This is your package. You will meet with your doula in person or virtually for 2, 1 hour, meetings to get you mentally prepared for your new journey!

Postpartum Doula Support

The first several weeks of life are the hardest! That is where your postpartum doula comes in. Starting the day after you get home from the hospital your doula will come see you. During these visits you will have 1:1 access to a wealth of knowledge and experience via your doula as well as specialized support for your specific needs. Your doula may take care of the household activities while you nap, she may get some light housework done while you bond with your new baby, or prep nutritious and healing meals for you and your family. Whatever, within reason, you need assistance with we are there to help.

Overnight Postpartum care

Overnight Doula support can be absolutely game changing! During overnight support your doula can give you several hours of uninterrupted sleep. We will be up with you and your baby for any feedings to support you while learning to feed and even taking over the care for the night. During this time your doula may assist with quiet housework like laundry, bottle cleaning, overnight pumping, and organizational tasks.
